Thu tứ dâng cao với gió chiều
Hồn thơ ai phổ khúc thanh tiêu
Đường mây dẫn nhạn vào hư ảo
Nẻo trúc đưa hoa tới mỹ miều
Trăng vẫn lạnh lùng soi biển động
Non còn ngơ ngẩn vọng thông reo
Nghiêng hồ hoàng tửu quên thời cuộc
Một túi thơ say dạo nguyệt kiều
Who composes the poet soul
into a flute melody.
Autumn inspiration rising high
with the evening breeze….
The cloud trail leads swallows… into an elusive mist.
The bamboo path enhances flowers… to their glorious beauty.
The moon, as ever,
indifferently shines its light on the sea waves.
The mountains are still dazzled
by the wind song of the pine trees.
Tilting a flagon of mum wine,
to forget… the affairs of the world.
With a pocket of drinking verses,
I stroll down the Moonlight Bridge….
